In 2024, Linyi City event activities will adhere to the purpose of "helping sports satisfactory to the people", focus on the two main lines of building a sports city and preparing for the 26th Shandong Provincial Games, and plan to hold 185 municipal and above events and more than 3,000 grassroots mass events, mainly including: national and provincial high-level event activities, the 8th Linyi City Games, the 13th China Yihe Sports Festival and the 2nd Yihe Carnival，2024年的Linyi Marathon和“全国欢迎省级运动”一系列活动。
